Complete IRS Diff Units
The QAF6Z differential assembly is ideal for rear wheel drive sports cars, kit cars and motorsport / fast road applications.It uses the same mounting points as the Sierra 7″, however, utilising the stronger Atlas differential and crownwheel & pinion makes it ideal for higher power vehicles. QAF6Z comes supplied with a new Quaife ATB differential, alloy case and new 3.636:1 crownwheel and pinion. Other Atlas final drive ratios are available, as is a Tran-X plate type LSD.
Optional Sierra drive flanges for lobro joints are available, otherwise the standard Sierra push in drive shafts are a direct fit.Whilst the mounting points of this unit are identical to the Sierra 7″ diff, the incorporation of the Atlas differential means that the distance between the input and output flanges is different. NEW LANCIA DELTA INTEGRALE ATB DIFF

If you are lucky enough to own a Lancia Delta Integrale then we have good news for you; we are pleased to announce that we have just manufactured a brand new batch of front ATB differentials for these iconic cars.
The QDH6K is a direct replacement for the standard open front differential in both the 8v and 16v variants of the 4WD Lancia Delta Integrale, as well as the much sought after Alfa Romeo 155 Q4.
As with all of our ATB differentials, the QDH6K is manufactured and assembled in our factory in Kent, UK, will drastically improve the handling and traction of the car, and comes with the reassurance of our lifetime warranty.

CUSTOM FITMENT PACKAGES

Our QBE69G universal heavy duty 6 speed sequential gearbox continues to be in high demand, and we already offer this gearbox for numerous different engine and vehicle fitments.
Our current range of fitments can be seen here, but this is just a small example of what the QBE69G has the potential to be fitted to. Any front engined rear wheel drive vehicle could benefit from the advantages that a 69G gearbox can offer.
If your vehicle is not listed as a fitment package, then please do get in touch with us.
It may be a simple case of manufacturing a custom input shaft and adapter plate to suit the particular engine in question.
As an example, the above photo shows a brand new fitment package we developed in April for the Nissan 300ZX, and we are currently in the process of developing the Mazda RX-7 FD3 engine package.
The 300ZX package consists of a custom input shaft, a brand new billet Aluminium bellhousing adapter plate, and a brand new Aluminium clutch slave cylinder mounting piece; all designed and manufactured in-house in our factory in Kent. The adapter plate is truly a work of art, and will allow the standard 300ZX bellhousing to bolt straight to it, and in turn, the whole gearbox will bolt straight to the engine.
Another notable development was for Max Marshall’s BMW E30 drift car, which uses a twin turbo version of BMW’s M60 V8 engine. Again, this consisted of a custom adapter plate for the stock bellhousing.
Those of you that attended the Autosport International show back in January may have spotted it on the Bilstein stand sporting our 69G gearbox.
