For the purpose of the Data Protection Act  (the Act), the data controller is RT Quaife Engineering Limited of Vestry Road, Otford, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 5EL, England (“We, “us” “our”).
Our data protection officer (“DPO”) for the purpose of the Act is Sharon Quaife-Hobbs.

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, SagePay. You can review the SagePay privacy policy at ww.sagepay.com. We will share information with SagePay only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.

We may monitor and record communications with you (such as telephone conversations and emails) for the purpose of quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance and for the necessary deterrence of other anti-social or criminal activity.

(b) the supply of appropriate hard copy evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address) to prevent an accidental disclosure to someone who is not authorised to receive such copies or the information contained in them. Such information will be supplied to you within 40 days of receipt of a valid request.

We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law. You may ask us to amend or alter (in each case based on you truthful and accurate information) any personal information about yourself which we hold on our database

You may instruct us to stop processing your personal information for marketing purposes by email addressed to the DPO. You can  stop us using your personal information to update you with market information by contacting the DPO in writing and asking the DPO to arrange for the removal of personal data concerning yourself in isolation will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.

(11) Third party websites
The website contains links to other websites. We cannot responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites and you should read the privacy policies attached to them .

(12) Updating information/discarding old information.
Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.  We will routinely clear old personal data from our archives when it is no longer needed or to be used.
