Quaife QBE46Z Ford Focus Mk3 ST250 (2WD) & RS (4WD) 5-Speed Sequential Gearbox
QBE46Z is a five-speed sequential conversion gearbox for the Ford ST250 2WD and Ford Focus RS Mk3 4WD gearboxes. QBE46Z features a replacement Quaife outer gearbox maincase, which houses five straight-cut, close-ratio gears, and a compact, drum style sequential gearchange mechanism. This combines with an open face dog design to ensure a rapid, positive sequential gear shift.
Careful design by Quaife allows the QBE46Z to retain the original bellhousing, plus the stock Ford clutch, differential, driveshafts and mounting points. This enables easy installation of the QBE46Z sequential gearbox into the ST250 and RS.

Fordās IB5 gearbox has been mated to a wide range of vehicles over the years, including versions of both the Mk1 & Mk2 Focus, various Mk4 to Mk6 Fiestas, the Puma, the Mk1 Ka and the Mk6 Escort.
The Quaife QKE38Z 5-speed sequential gearkit retains the stock IB5 clutch, differential, driveshafts and mounts for a simple and affordable assembly. Designed to dramatically improve the levels of performance available thanks to its quick-shifting properties, QKE38Z is an ideal product for motorsport and fast road applications.

Quaife QKE45Z Ford/Volvo M66 5-Speed Sequential Gearkit
Quaife are excited to announce the launch of QKE45Z, our 5-speed sequential gearkit suitable for Fordās M66 gearbox.
This transmission is fitted predominantly to the Mk2 Focus, and weāre expecting a high take-up from owners of ST and RS derivatives of Fordās second generation hatchback.
Itās also worth noting that the M66 gearbox, (as with many components made during the period of Fordās Premier Automotive Group), was fitted to a number of Volvo models too, expanding the scope of QKE45Z even further. Applicable Volvos will include, but are not limited to, both FWD and AWD iterations of C30, S40, V50, S60, C70 and V70, (for those keen on recreating a more up-to-date version of the 850 used in the BTCC).
