Due to recent enquiries regarding availability of a quick rack kit for the Fiat X1/9, particularly from hill climb competitors, we have developed and manufactured a brand new 2.4 turn quick rack kit in partnership with Eurosport (UK), specifically for these classic Italian sports cars.
The QSH5K kits come in 2 variants; one for the earlier Cam Gears rack, fitted to the 1300 (1977-1979) and early 1500 (1979 onwards), and one for the later TRW Italia rack, fitted to the 1500 (to 1989).
Whilst primarily aimed at competition use for hill climb competitors, the new QSH5K rack kits will greatly benefit anyone looking to upgrade the standard 3.1 – 3.4 ratio racks.
