QUAIFE SINGLE SEATER DEBUT

ADRIAN QUAIFE-HOBBS DEBUT AT BRANDS

Sixteen year old Adrian Quaife-Hobbs will debut his first single seater race this weekend, with the highly successful Fortec Motorsport team. Brands Hatch welcomes the first rounds of the Formula BMW UK Championship, which supports the British Touring Car Championship.

As a BRDC Rising Star and a BMW scholarship winning driver, Adrian aims to establish himself in the BMW championship. With the support of both the BRDC and BMW in their education and coaching programme, he hopes to gain as many ‘Rookie Honours' as possible.

Adrian commented “I am looking forward to this weekends racing, as it is some time since I have been on a start line, but with a great engineer setting my car up -  I am very positive”

                                                                                                                          

The programme for the weekend is as follows:
Friday 30 March.     Un-official practise 
Saturday 31 March  Two timed qualifying sessions TBA
Sunday 1 April         Race 1 at 10.40am  24 laps
Sunday 1 April         Race 2 at   2.15pm  24 laps.
