QUAIFE GEARBOX UPGRADES- WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT?

GEARING AND PERFORMANCE

Standard factory gearing is a compromise betwen fuel economy, top speed, noise and comfort. But in the world of motorsport, performance rules, and factors like noise and fuel economy become less important. It is this performance that QUAIFE exploits with its transmission upgrades.

Generally, rally, race and rally disciplines require lower gearing than any manufacturer provides, to maximise acceleration and perforance whether on the circuit or rally stage. This is why QUAIFE offers a number of options for race, rally and rallycross applications. The options include:
