This Ford Rocket (Type E) 4-speed heavy duty synchromesh Quaife gearbox with alloy maincase comes with straight cut gears, in close ratios.

The layshaft of this gearbox is assembled using separate gears and includes a Quaife mainshaft as a replacement for the standard Ford shaft.

The maximum recommended power for this gearkit is 195bhp / 7500 rpm.
